Cookies and Analytics
Our Site is hosted on Wix.com. Wix places cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the Site to work and that collect standard analytics about how visitors use the Site. We do not use additional third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or a Facebook (Meta) Pixel, on the Site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Wix's own privacy policy is available at wix.com.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• With your consent or at your direction.
• Legal and professional requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; to respond to lawful requests from government authorities such as the IRS or state tax agencies; or as allowed by our professional standards.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger or sale of all or part of our practice, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no website or transmission is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or tax documents, through the Site's general contact forms or unencrypted email. Use the client portal or another method we approve instead.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax, professional, and record-keeping obligations. We generally keep client records for seven (7) years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
